orders ship monday to friday from perth with australia post. standard shipping is free on orders over $250, so every complete set ships free.

regional and remote areas may take a little longer.

shipped with dhl express, 3–5 business days. flat rate of $25 aud, free on orders over $500 aud.

free shipping applies to the pieces you keep. if you return a free-shipping order for a refund, the standard shipping cost ($8 within australia, $25 to new zealand, $35 internationally) is deducted unless the pieces you keep still qualify for free shipping. choose store credit instead and nothing is deducted. faulty pieces are never charged shipping. see our returns page.

any customs charges, import duties or taxes are paid by the customer and are separate from your order. dhl will contact you directly if fees apply. if fees go unpaid and the parcel comes back to us, your refund is reduced by the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost and a $10 aud admin fee.

you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way. please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update, and make sure someone can receive the parcel.

once dispatched, your parcel is in the care of the courier. for any delivery issues, please contact them directly.
