Fashion has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. It began as a fascination with clothes in childhood, grew into dressing friends through my teenage years, and eventually became designing pieces of my own. Lachln Prestn is where that path led.

I design from the places I love: the coastlines, cities and towns of Europe. The cities, where fashion moves first and dressing is a form of expression. The towns, where luxury is quiet and the days are slow. That energy is what I want to bring home to Australia.

Lachln Prestn is a label built around the pleasure of getting dressed. Designed in Perth and drawn loosely from the French and Mediterranean coast: sun-warmed stone, white gravel, long lunches and cold glasses, with nowhere you need to be until dinner.

Every piece starts with a feeling. Familiar shapes, unexpected proportions, detail finished by hand. Sensual without being obvious, refined without feeling serious. Clothes for the feeling, not the occasion.

We work slowly and on purpose. Pieces are handmade ethically and sustainably, in limited numbers.

We're a very small label, and every order goes straight back into the next collection and the dream behind it. Thank you for being part of it.
